New Program: Executive Director Circles
Thanks to generous support from Nugget Markets, the Yolo County Nonprofit Leaders Alliance is thrilled to launch a pilot program: Executive Director Circles. Two collaborative cohorts of 6-10 nonprofit leaders each will gather once a month for four months, to discuss the challenges and opportunities unique to nonprofit leadership. We know the ED job can be a lonely one, and how valuable it can be to connect, share, and learn with peers. This pilot program aims to explore how the NPLA can support Yolo County executive directors via a peer learning program.
Are you a nonprofit executive director in Yolo County? Do you know an ED who could benefit from this program?
The cohorts will meet for 1.5 hours on the third Wednesday of each month from August – November. Meeting location will vary between Woodland and Davis. Participants must serve as Executive Director (or comparable role) for a Yolo County-based 501(c)3 nonprofit.
To apply, fill out this short survey by July 27. The selected participants will be notified the week of Aug 1. Want to learn more? Attend a short Zoom information session on Thursday, 7/21 at 10:30am – register here. (This information session is optional.)
