Join us for a 1-hour virtual event designed exclusively for Yolo nonprofit staff and leadership. We will discuss burnout and explore effective self-care practices to address our individual needs as well as strategies nonprofit leaders can implement to prioritize staff wellbeing. We will look in greater detail the data YCF has collected on nonprofit burnout and suggestions from our Yolo nonprofits on ways to cope with and prevent burnout.

Our main objective is to equip you with data, strategies, and resources not only for self-care but also to cultivate a more supportive organizational culture. By the end of the event you will leave with a completed personalized self-care plan tailored to your needs. We will have ample time for group discussions, so please come to the event with your questions, challenges, and suggestions regarding individual self-care as well as strategies for addressing burnout at the organizational level. By sharing our collective experiences and expertise, we will create a rich trove of information and suggestions that you can incorporate into your work and personal care.
